Breed Restrictions for Allegro Towers

To help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents, Allegro Towers have established reasonable restrictions regarding the number, size, and types of dogs permitted within the community. These restrictions apply to household pets and are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The Tenant(s) agrees that the weight of each dog does not exceed 50 pounds at full maturity and that the pet is not one of the RESTRICTED BREEDS. A maximum of two (2) pets is permitted per apartment. The foregoing applies to both purebred and mixed-breed dogs.
Restricted Dog Breeds
For purposes of this policy, aggressive or potentially aggressive breeds of dogs are listed below and constitute the Restricted Breed list. Restricted breeds include, but are not limited to, dogs of the following breeds, or a mix of any of the following breeds:
Dogs exhibiting characteristics substantially similar to a restricted breed may also be subject to the community's breed restrictions, regardless of the dog's stated breed, registration, or identification.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or restrict reasonable accommodations for assistance animals as required by applicable fair housing laws.
